We are
sorry for the delay getting the archives formatted and posted.
The person dedicated to doing this job is out of the country on
an extended business trip. Unformatted archives will also
be available on the List Manager web site as soon as we get it relocated
to its new site. The archives are being kept now but the server
is behind a firewall that blocks access to the web server.

the PDF archives.
